For years, we’ve been suggesting this service for clients who are looking for a major boost to their skin but might not be ready for a full Laser Skin Rejuvenation treatment. Our Glow & Go Laser Facial, formally just called a “laser facial” is the perfect introduction to using lasers as skincare and the new name says it all– you can have a quick 20 minute treatment at lunch and having glowing skin immediately after with ZERO downtime. What is a Glow & Go Laser Facial?

Chances are if you’ve been on instagram or TikTok lately you are inundated with all kinds of laser buzzwords. Moxi, BBL, Halo, Laser Resurfacing, Fraxel, C02, the list goes on and on– we here offer a treatment called Laser Skin Rejuvenation which works to target set in sun damage, skin laxity, fine lines, and wrinkles. The Glow & Go Laser Facial uses the Candela GentleMAX Nd yag to heat the skin to a desired temperature to induce collagen production. This process can feel warm, but it is very tolerable with only a mild amount of discomfort. The treatment itself only lasts 20-30 minutes.

What does the downtime look like?

All very normal and part of the healing process.

How many treatments do I need?

It depends on your treatment goals. For those dealing with acne scaring and textural issues you may need more than one package to achieve your desired results. For those looking to boost their natural collagen and elastin, you may want to incorporate SkinPen into your seasonal routine. That is what is so amazing about SkinPen, it is a versatile treatment ideal for all skin types and concerns!

How much does SkinPen cost?

A single SkinPen Treatment will run you $425 for the face area with an additional $125 should you choose to include the neck area.

A three session package of the face is $1200 with a complementary neck treatment as our introductory offer!

How do I prepare for treatment?

Always start by scheduling your free consultation with one of our talented Nurse Practitioners. Together they will help you come up with a plan that works for your schedule and skin.

Once you’ve made your first appointment, we recommend that you avoid using any sort of retinol, salicylic acid, AHA, glycolic or any other active ingredient for 3-5 days before your treatment.

On the day of your visit we ask that you apply a liberal amount of numbing cream, such as lidocaine 5% or higher, an hour before your visit. Please remember to pack a hat for post treatment! In office we will have you throughly wash cleanse your face

What should I know about post treatment care?

Do Not wash the area or apply any other product other than the gel that has been sent home with you for the first 48 hours.
You may put the Skinfuse Gel in the refrigerator for extra cooling and soothing post treatment. Use this gel as necessary.
In that timeframe you will avoid sun exposure, strenuous exercise, hot tubs and touching the area.
Change your pillowcase following your treatment.
Bruising, pinpoint bleeding, redness, swelling, peeling and purging are all normal. Avoid picking.
You may resume SPF on day three post procedure and resume your normal skincare routine.

What is the ideal time to schedule my appointment?

This treatment requires downtime. The ideal time to schedule would be anytime you can lay low for 2-3 days. Schedule at least one month before any major occasion such as a wedding or special event.

What are Broken Capillaries?

Have you ever seen spider-like clusters around your nose or on your cheeks or chest? These are likely broken capillaries. These are the finest visible blood vessels in our bodies and can often become apparent on the surface of the skin when they become dilated or “broken”. Sometimes known as called telangiectasias. While they are often caused by out genetics, they can also appear to do age, sun damage, and rosacea. The good news? They can easily be treated by lasers which target the veins with waves of energy that stop the blood flow, which causes the capillaries to fade gradually. You may need more than one treatment to see results.

What are Cherry Angiomas?

Like broken capillaries, Cherry Angiomas are small blood vessels on the face that are dark red and circular. They can be slightly raised and range in color from red to slightly brown. They are frequently caused by aging and can appear all over the body. With treatment, Cherry Angiomas, can slowly fade with a few sessions. As with many of our Laser Rejuvenation Services we always recommend seeing a dermatologist for any irregularities prior to seeking cosmetic treatment.

How to prepare for your first treatment?

When coming in for a Vascular Lesion treatment we recommend coming in with clean, bare skin.
Avoid tanning both before and after your treatment
Avoid medications and supplements that can increase the risk of bruising such as aspirin, ibuprofen and blood thinners.

Post Care Instructions:

Apply sunscreen regularly post treatment
Avoid extreme changes in temperature such as saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge, hot yoga, etc.
Do not rub or pick at the treated area.
As with any treatment, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve desired results and some lesions may not be treated.

What are Sebaceous Filaments?

Sebaceous Filaments are a tiny collection of sebum and dead skin cells around a hair follicle, which usually takes the form of a small, yellow to off-white hair-like strand when expressed from the skin. Common in people with oily skin, these are a naturally occurring part of normal skin. Laser treatment can however help minimize the appearance of large pores and the sebum held within them. This revolutionary (and affordable) treatment takes less than 15 minutes and can improve the appearance of the skin immediately!
