Scheduling Policies & Appointment Guidelines

We ask that first time visitors provide credit card information in order to hold their appointment time. Please see our cancelation policy for further details.

We take payment prior to scheduling.

We truly appreciate your business. However, we do reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone at any time for any reason.

We love kids but ask that they stay at home during your treatment regardless of appointment type or length. Out of respect for our other clients we try to maintain a safe, quiet and childfree environment.

All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian during their consultation.

Lapiel does not allow pets in our facility.

Please refrain from taking photos during your service unless you are given explicit permission from your provider.

Please let the front desk know if you are scheduling numbing cream with your appointment at the time of booking to ensure your comfort.

We ask that you confirm your appointment via your email appointment reminder. Should we fail to hear from you we will follow up with a phone call 24 hours prior and reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

Punctuality

Should you arrive late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment. Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure full treatment time and avoid late cancelation fees.

First time visitors should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

Things happen! We get it. We ask that you give a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $75-$150 depending on the length of your appointment.
